Quality policy

The Quality Management System developed by TALLERES LÓPEZ VILAR, S.L. pursues the fundamental objective of providing quality services that meet and satisfy the demands of our customers and is applicable to the following activities:

• Design, manufacture, repair and sale of boats and launches for fishing and recreational use. The purchase and sale of spare parts, accessories and complements for the same..

The Quality Policy guides our actions to:

• To consider the continuous improvement of quality as a permanent objective, monitoring the demands and expectations of our teeth at all times.
• Encourage training and information actions for staff in their daily activities, providing them with adequate means so that all staff can improve the Quality of their work.
• To provide staff, within our possibilities, with the most technologically advanced and appropriate means so that they can carry out their work within the framework of quality and continuous improvement.
• To commit ourselves to comply with the legislation, the applicable regulations, all the regulations that apply to us.
• To constantly monitor that we are meeting the demands and expectations of the teeth at all times, thus achieving their satisfaction.
• Encourage staff integration, through more fluid two-way communication, integration in the achievement of objectives, participation in continuous improvement through suggestions for improvement and personal recognition.
• Carry out a strict control of the non-conforming products or serates produced and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Plan and implement actions to address risks and opportunities. Addressing both risks and opportunities establishes a basis for increasing the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, achieving the best results and preventing negative effects.

This Management System Policy will serve as the framework for the setting of the Annual Objectives and will be reviewed periodically.
